Orders are dispatched from our plant at 21, Oberai Compound, Dilshad Garden Industrial Area, Delhi 110095 within 24 to 72 working hours of payment and a print-ready file. Tuesday is a weekly off and public holidays are not counted.
Shipping is charged at actual courier rates for your order’s packed weight and carton size (couriers bill the higher of actual and volumetric weight) and is shown before you pay.
Choose “Pick up from plant” at checkout to collect your order free from Dilshad Garden, Delhi during working hours. We will call you when it is ready.
When your order ships, the courier and tracking number appear on your order page, and the live tracking timeline is shown right on our website.
Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or short, note it with the courier and send us photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours.
