Every order is printed to your design. You can cancel for a full refund before your order enters printing. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, misprinted by us, or short beyond our stated tolerance, we will reprint it or refund you. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Mistakes in the customer’s own file do not qualify for a free reprint.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Payment gateway and shipping charges paid on an order are refunded only when the whole order is cancelled before dispatch.
