Certificate printing for schools, events and trainings

How to print certificates that look official: A4 layout, card and textured paper, gold foil, serial numbers and the wording to include.

A certificate is often framed and kept for years. It should look official, read clearly and leave space for a name to be written or printed.

  • The title: "Certificate of Participation", "Merit" or "Completion".
  • A clear line for the name, and the event, course or result.
  • Date, place and one or two signatures with names and designations.
  • A serial number if certificates must be verified later.

Names printed or written?

For small numbers, print the certificate blank and write the names by hand. For large events, ask us when you order whether each name can be printed for your job.
