Calendar printing guide: wall, desk and single-sheet calendars
Planning a company calendar for 2027? Compare single-sheet, monthly wall and desk calendars, paper, binding (spiral or patti), quantities and real prices.
A printed calendar stays on your customer's wall or desk for twelve months. Few other things you print get looked at every day for a year, which is why shops, doctors, pharma companies, CAs and builders order them every November and December. Here is how to choose the right one.

Daily calendars: a page and a thought for every day
A daily calendar has 365 pages (366 in a leap year), one for each day. Ours are 8 × 5 inches, landscape, on 100 GSM art paper with a spiral at the top. The left side carries your logo and name with the date in Hindi and English; the right side carries a thought for the day in Hindi with an English line. The thoughts come from our own library and our team reads every one before printing. You can change any day's thought yourself in the daily calendar studio.

Readymade calendars
Short of time? Pick a readymade calendar: real 2027 calendars we have printed for shops, schools, dealers and financial advisers, with Hindi and English dates, festivals and tithi already checked. Your name, logo, contacts and products replace the original ones, and you see every page before you order. There is a readymade daily calendar too, and a blue and green 9 × 9 in table calendar with its own cover.
Finished designs, not empty headers
- Hospitals and clinics: three doctors with their qualifications, OPD timings and a red emergency number.
- CA firms and advisers: navy and gold, the partner's name and qualifications, services in a gold strip and each month in a side panel with its festivals.
- Jewellers and family businesses: a cream page in a double gold border with English and Hindi months.
- Schools: an "admissions open" badge, facilities and the principal's name.
- Dealers and hardware stores: what you deal in as chips and the weekdays running down the page in large type.
- Dry cleaners, sweet shops, builders, trusts and kirana stores, and three 9 × 9 in table calendars.
- Every design is drawn like the calendars we print for clients: you only add your name, logo and contacts, and the dates and festivals are filled in for the year you choose.
Spiral binding or patti?
Spiral (wire-O) binding lets each month flip over neatly and looks premium. Patti binding is a metal or plastic strip across the top with a hanger; it is economical and very common in India. Either way, the top of each page needs about 1 inch of blank space for the binding, and we keep at least 0.5 inch on the sides. Our calendar studio leaves these margins automatically.
How many pages?
A monthly calendar printed front and back on 7 sheets gives 14 pages: two pages for your branding (a cover, an "about us" or your products) and then January to December. Six-sheet calendars carry the twelve months only.

Languages and Hindu calendar dates
Our calendars can show month and day names in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and five international languages, with English alongside. The Hindu calendar option adds the tithi for each day, worked out for your region. Festival dates are only printed after our team has checked them.
When to order
Order by the end of November for delivery before the new year. December is the busiest month for every calendar printer in India, so approving your proof early avoids a rush.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for calendar printing?
From 100 calendars for single-sheet calendars, and from 500 to 2,000 for monthly calendars depending on size and paper.
